oh yeah sunday. this london-born, vienna-based newbie came to us by way of wu. kid’s got a nasty ear for beats - usually hip-hop or hood rap in nature - but nonetheless, he knows. he sent me a link to dl the newest releases from S O H N [oscillate and warnings], but i think, the wheel, is definitely a great intro track off the new ep to this up and coming artist (or producer, who knows - i could see him going that route too). anyway, his music is haunting, but has a very calming electronic sound to it, and his voice is almost like bon iver, but with a bit more harmony to it. this song in particular is a bit more upbeat, with handclaps and a staccato rhythm.
