so about a year ago, awolnation released this nifty track and we never got around to posting it. back in september and august there was a redbull remix contest, but i thought to post the song as the original.  one recent remix that has garnered some attention (linked here) is by whitenoise…a favorite mash/remix artist of mine. got some dub in it though so beware if you’re not into that sort of thing.

p.s. - also on a completely unrelated note…i don’t think its right for us to post snippets or tagged songs, but i will provide this link to an unofficial release of nicki minaj’s new single marilyn monroe. nicki steps back from her ‘roman’ alias for this one as she takes a much more soft, pop approach to this sure-to-be radio hit.
